Google Sign-In is used exclusively to enable optional Google Drive backup functionality. Your Google account information is not used for analytics, not shared with our backend for profiling, and not transmitted to AI services.

• RevenueCat App User ID
• Subscription status and purchase information

• Analyze receipt images and text to extract expense information

4. AI Processing (Google Gemini)

To provide receipt analysis and expense categorization features, BudgetAI uses artificial intelligence services provided by Google LLC via the Gemini API (Google Cloud Platform).

When you use AI-powered features, the app may securely transmit:

• Text you enter
• Text generated from on-device voice transcription
• Receipt images you upload

Voice recordings are processed entirely on your device and are not transmitted to Google or any third party.

We do not transmit your Google account identifier to the Gemini API.

Data is transmitted solely to extract and categorize expense information. We do not sell personal data.

We do not store receipt images or AI processing results on our servers.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

User-provided text and receipt images are shared with Google LLC solely for AI processing via the Gemini API.

If you enable Google Drive backup, selected data is uploaded directly to your own Google Drive account using your authorization.

Your Google account identifier is used only for authentication and is not shared with our AI provider.
